Keystone College

Keystone College is a private, co-ed, residential college located in the Endless Mountains of northeastern Pennsylvania. Founded in 1868, Keystone College educates students in a liberal arts tradition that values civility, integrity, and curiosity, fostering a global perspective on cultural diversity, environmental sustainability, and life-long learning.

Voted as the region's "Most Beautiful Campus," Keystone’s 270-acre campus includes a Woodlands Campus featuring seven miles of hiking trails. Keystone boasts of a diverse student body; over 1600 students from 14 states and 12 countries studying in one of the 20 majors or 24 minors available online, on campus, and on the weekend.

With an 11:1 student/faculty ratio, Keystone has a reputation for creating a caring and supportive environment dedicated to our students' needs. Students can prepare for leadership and broaden their educational experiences through athletics, global learning opportunities, an extensive career development center, countless student activities, and clubs and organizations.

Keystone College offers all first-year students "The Keystone Promise" which is a guarantee, in writing, for student success. The Promise is made up of six individual promises including a guarantee for real world work experience and guaranteed job offers within six months of graduation for students who fulfill the requirements of the Career Development Center.

Keystone’s student-athletes compete in seven men’s sports and eight women’s sports in the NCAA Division III Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC). Keystone will mark another milestone in its progressive history with the construction of a $3.1 million synthetic all-weather field and track this summer.

Known as a leader in adult education, Keystone’s highly respected Weekender program has been offering adults a flexible way to earn a degree for more than 35 years. With day, evening, weekend, intersession, and online options, Keystone’s hybrid classes means fewer weekends in class and more times with friends and family.

What happens outside the classroom is just as important as what happens inside. Whether students’ interests are academic, social, spiritual, recreational, or athletic, there’s always a chance to be introduced to new ideas, new opportunities, and new friends with the many activities available to Keystone students.

At Keystone College, we work with our students and their families to make a college education as affordable as possible. We offer a full spectrum of financial aid and tuition services to help fund your college education, in fact 98% of students receive financial aid.
